(8) Refunds

Refunds will not be payable if the sliding wardrobe doors are the incorrect size. No product leaves our premises without a double checking process to ensure the product is made and supplied to the customers exact measurements and leaves our premises in perfect condition. Exact measurements will be confirmed with the customer before the sliding doors are manufactured.

(9) Delivery

Delivery of wardrobe sliding doors is strictly to ground floor, front door only. Under no circumstances will we deliver doors beyond this point.
The delivery must be inspected and signed for by the customer. We will inform you of your delivery time and date and we will be as flexible as possible to fit around your schedule.

We must be informed of any access difficulties (i.e. underground car parks). If we are not and we are unable to deliver your order you will not be entitled to a delivery refund and you will have to pay for a re-delivery.
If you are not at home to sign for your sliding wardrobe doors they will be returned to our depot and you will then need to re-pay your initial delivery charge for a re-delivery.
We aim to deliver at a mutually convenient time to help minimise any disruption to your day.

(10) Warranty

The sliding wardrobe doors and interior are guaranteed for 10 years, subject to normal wear and tear and our cleaning instructions have been adhered to.

We cannot refund any returns on wardrobe doors once signed for by the customer. The delivery driver will be patient and wait while you inspect the order.
If you measure your doors incorrectly and they need to be cut down this will be charged at £25 per door plus a £150 re-delivery surcharge plus £150 for collection of the doors from you. We will take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen by confirming all sizes with you prior to the doors being manufactured.

Your guarantee covers all moving parts from defects for 10 years, it does not cover wear and tear and damage sustained from improper use. You must keep a copy of your purchase for your guarantee to be valid. Your guarantee also covers all glass and wood panels from defects for 10 years, this excludes cracks, breaks and scuffs caused by use.
